Services and agreements
Pionlevi LLC provides digital marketing, social media management, website design and maintenance, CRM automation and business consulting. This website provides general information. An engagement begins after the scope, deliverables, fees and timing are agreed in writing.
Quotes and billing
Services are custom quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Project charges or monthly service fees, payment due dates and approved third-party expenses are disclosed in the written proposal or service agreement before payment. Advertising spend, software subscriptions and other third-party costs are included only if expressly stated. This website does not initiate payments or enroll visitors in recurring billing. Any recurring payment authorization is arranged separately.
Service delivery
Services are delivered remotely through digital work, account configuration, content, website updates or consulting meetings, according to the agreed scope. Start dates, milestones and delivery schedules are confirmed in writing. Delivery may depend on client access, materials, approvals and third-party platforms. No physical goods are shipped.
Cancellation
Monthly services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice sent to [email protected]. Include your business name, service and requested cancellation date. Services and agreed fees continue during the notice period. For project work, contact us in writing to request cancellation; completed work and approved third-party costs remain payable.
Refunds
Completed work and approved third-party costs are nonrefundable. Unused prepaid work is refundable. For monthly services, unused prepaid work is assessed after services and fees applicable during the 30-day notice period are accounted for. Request a refund by emailing [email protected] with your business name, invoice reference and reason. We will review the work completed, approved costs and unused prepaid balance with you. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Client responsibilities and results
Clients must provide authorized access, accurate information, rights to supplied materials and timely approvals. Do not send passwords or payment card information through general email inquiries. Outcomes depend on many factors. Pionlevi LLC does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, search rankings or specific campaign results.
Website use and materials
Use this website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation. Do not misrepresent Pionlevi branding and website materials as your own. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are addressed in the written service agreement. Third-party platforms are subject to their own terms and availability.
Questions and disputes
Contact us promptly about service or billing concerns so we can review them with you. These website terms do not replace the specific scope, deliverables or payment schedule in a written service agreement. Different cancellation or refund terms must be expressly agreed in writing before purchase.
SMS communications
If you select our optional SMS consent checkbox and provide a phone number, Pionlevi LLC may send customer-service and conversational text messages about your inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders and project or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase services. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and submitting the form without selecting it does not authorize SMS messages.
